Clinic Medical Beauty:
consolidation and scale-up
This case study describes how we supported Clinic Medical Beauty through format consolidation and physical expansion — design, technical workflows and build delivery working as one system, with clear ownership of progress and execution quality.
3-MINUTE READ

From concept to execution-ready documentation
We started by defining a spatial language aligned with brand positioning and clinical workflows: layout, flows, hospitality standards and back-of-house organisation. We drove integrated architectural and systems design while anticipating permitting constraints — reducing friction between design intent and approvals. The goal was not only to design spaces, but to make every opening and refurbishment legible, repeatable and sustainable over time.
Governed sites, aligned timing and quality
Through EIMAR — our design and general contracting division — we coordinated trades, procurement and critical construction phases, aligning budget, schedule and quality bar. Fewer gaps between design and site execution mean fewer rework loops, fewer financial surprises and a handover that stays faithful to the original concept. On each project we set joint checkpoints with Clinic Medical Beauty’s management so technical or market variables could be decided quickly.
Towards structured scale-up
Format consolidation and network growth require more than a sequence of openings: you need a model that governs priorities, investment and territorial rollout. Here we helped make physical development a measurable scale-up lever — clear criteria on where to invest, in what order and at what investment levels — to support orderly growth aligned with the brand’s business goals.
