The expansion method
Looking at FitActive’s path, it’s clear our work was never limited to operational support for individual openings. From day one, focus was on building a development model that combines business development, retail development, technical–construction coordination and financial structuring in one operating system. Through the LTAPEX method I helped turn expansion into a structured, repeatable, consistent process. The primary goal was always to sustain extremely fast growth while keeping it tightly governed—high quality standards and a strong long-term vision.
Leadership in fitness
The results of this approach allowed me to help make FitActive the most significant fitness case in Italy. The numbers validate the project: since 2019, no other brand has delivered comparable opening volumes in Italy. We consolidated growth built on execution speed, organisational strength and sustained development. FitActive is not only a national leader, but operates in seven countries and ranks among the top 20 European chains, as highlighted in a recent Deloitte report.
Our strategic vision
The direction I work on every day with LTAPEX is clear: strengthen for FitActive a true industrial development platform for fitness. We imagine an ecosystem where strategy, site selection, design, openings, general contracting and financial support work as parts of one integrated model. The critical shift—from purely fast growth to strongly structured growth—is what makes a format scalable and able to systematically attract partners, investors and new expansion opportunities. When development demands cross-functional skills, fast decisions and rigorous execution, my focus is turning growth ambition into an integrated, governed, repeatable platform.
